We appreciate your interest in attending ERE.
Eagle Rock Elementary is an LAUSD public school. Resident students automatically qualify to attend our if we are their assigned school. Students who would like to attend can apply for a permit. Permits are granted based on the vacancies available after resident students are enrolled.
Filling out an permit interst form does not guarantee you will be issued a permit.

Click HERE to find your assigned school. All families are welcome to enroll their students at their resident assigned school, or they may apply to the various specialized programs offered at https://apply.lausd.net.
TK and Kinder tours will be held in the spring. Please check back in early March '26 for schedule and RSVP link.
In order to process enrollment, please have the following documents at the time of enrollment. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
*Original birth certificate, passport or baptismal certificate (hospital certificates will not be accepted)
*Official immunization record
*2 documents for residence verification. For example, utilities bills or mortgage statements-must include the name of the parent or legal guardian. No phone bills or rental receipts will be accepted.
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
• ETK-TK-KINDER (AGES 4-6)
• DTAP 5 doses 4 doses, if one given on or after 4th birthday
• Polio 4 doses 3 doses, if one given after the 4th birthday
• MMR 2 doses Both given on or after the 1st birthday
• Hepatitis B 3 doses
• Varicella 2 doses For ages 5-12
Oral Health Assessment (Dental) First year of Public School
Physical Examination (CHDP – Orange Card) due by 1st grade
